We discussed product differentiation, amidst rising incomes. By 1923 Ford was clearly so old-school.
Which company grosses the most? My guess is VW, helped by Audi in particular, but the headlines focus on total sales, where VW leads, and not total revenue. Maybe Lexus boosts Toyota over them?
